Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), usage data from your interactions with our platform, and any documents you upload to the Knowledge Base. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve the HRStak platform, process payments, send service communications, and ensure platform security. AI-generated content is processed in real-time and not stored beyond your saved documents.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Clerk for authentication and Supabase for secure data storage. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data and uploaded documents within 30 days.
